Do I need to be tech-savvy?

No. If you can use email, you can use Saldea. Initial setup takes less than 10 minutes.
Will my clients know it's automated?

They won't notice a thing. Emails go out with your company name as the sender, your logo and your signature. The AI writes in natural, human-sounding language — it doesn't read like a bot.
What happens if a client replies to the email?

Saldea detects it automatically (Pro plan). If they say "I already paid," it pauses the reminders and lets you know. If they dispute, it pauses for 30 days and alerts you. If they are on vacation, it extracts the return date and resumes then.
When am I charged and how do I cancel?

On the monthly plan: your first 30 days after signup are free, with no charge. If you don't cancel before those 30 days are up, the first €49 payment is charged. On the annual plan: the €499 charge happens at signup (there is no trial because we assume you already know the product). Either way, you can cancel in 1 click from your dashboard — no phone calls, no lock-in.
Why doesn't the annual plan include the 30-day free trial?

The 30-day trial exists so you can try Saldea risk-free before committing. If you choose annual, we assume you have already tried the monthly plan or know what you want. In exchange, you get a discount worth almost 2 free months (you save €89 a year).
Do I need a card to get started?

Yes. On the monthly plan, your card activates the 30-day free trial but is NOT charged until those 30 days from signup have passed. On the annual plan, your card is charged immediately (€499).

Saldea is GDPR-compliant. Data is stored encrypted on European servers (Supabase, Vercel). No data is ever sold or used to train AI models.

What is automatic bank reconciliation?
