Who we are, what we believe and where we're going.
A company built on conviction, not on a trend.
The origin
Why do large corporations have entire teams automating their processes while the rest of the business world still does everything by hand?
That question isn't new. But the answer we found when we dug into it was: the problem wasn't technological. The technology already existed, and it was extraordinarily capable. The problem was that nobody had packaged it for the people who actually need it.
The solutions on the market were designed for companies with IT departments, hired consultancies and budgets that have nothing to do with the reality of a small accounting firm, a family-run clinic or a freelancer with 20 years in their trade.
Marsof was born out of that gap. Not from a business opportunity spotted in a spreadsheet. From a conviction: there are millions of businesses in Spain with serious problems, mediocre tools and no technology provider that treats them with the seriousness they deserve.
"Technology had spent years solving the problems of big corporations. Nobody had bothered with everyone else."
What we believe
Four convictions that shape every decision we make.
Advanced technology can't be the preserve of those who have the most. It's every business owner's right — and the price should reflect that.
The most powerful AI is the kind you never notice. The kind that works on its own, doesn't fail and lets people get on with their lives.
Selling consulting hours is the old model. We sell measurable results: time won back, money collected.
A business owner's real job is to think, create and grow. Not to manage what a machine can manage better.
For decades there was an unwritten consensus: serious business technology was expensive, and that was just how things were. The big vendors charged hundreds of thousands — sometimes millions — for products any company might need. Everyone else could fend for themselves.
That gap wasn't technological. It was by design. It was a business decision dressed up as technical complexity. And it locked out 95% of the business world — not because they didn't need the technology, but because they couldn't afford it.
Marsof was born to break that. Not by cutting quality or taking shortcuts, but by building from day one on a single conviction: the technology that changes a company's life doesn't have to cost a fortune. It just has to be built right.
How we operate
Once we reach an agreement with a client, the price doesn't change. There are no "unforeseen extras" that inflate the final invoice. If something is hard to foresee, we foresee it ourselves before anything gets signed.
Clients talk directly to the person building their solution. There's no account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. Information doesn't get lost or distorted along the way.
We have no approval committees and no three-week review processes. When an idea is worth it, we execute it. Response speed isn't a marketing line — it's the difference between things happening and things not happening.
The long-term bet
The business automation market is enormous, and we intend to make the most of it. But a deeper conviction guides Marsof: the most important problems facing humanity aren't about management or operational efficiency. They're biological. They're cognitive. They're human in the most literal sense.
We believe that technology — applied well, with precision and without pretension — is the most powerful tool there is for attacking those problems. Not the only one, but the most scalable.
That's why everything we build today serves a double purpose: solving a real problem right now, and funding the research into something considerably harder. Every client who trusts Marsof is one more step in that direction.
One last thing
Marsof is a young company with an idea that, said out loud, sounds bigger than it looks: that technology done right can change the lives of millions of people.
We don't say that as a slogan. We say it because it's the reason this exists. If all we wanted was a profitable business, there are far more comfortable paths than this one.
We chose this one because we believe work has to matter beyond the balance sheet. And because every company that places its trust in us gives us the chance to prove that world-class technology can be built from Spain, with the right values, without imitating anyone.
If that resonates with you — as a client, a collaborator, an investor, or simply someone who thinks the same way — we'd love to meet you.
